Have you ever had that feeling when you're too excited for something or have too much energy in your body and you don't know how to calm down? Well, although many don't know, music can actually help you calm down and relax. All you need is the right type of songs and music to listen too. The way it can calm you down and relaxes improves your mind and actually improves the creativity side of the brain. The right type of music can slow your heart rate and breathing rate, lower your blood pressure, and it could even trigger you muscles to relax. These are just some biological changes which undergo when lying down or sleeping therefore making music the perfect preparation for sleep.
